Between 14th and 24th January, we experienced a service disruption in Haldor that prevented new messages sent by guardians to mentors or teachers from reaching their intended recipients.
This issue only affected new messages created by clicking the "Create New" button. Messages sent within existing message threads during this period were successfully delivered.
We have identified the guardians impacted by this disruption and have contacted them directly or through their respective schools.
We recommend that guardians affected by the disruption create new messages if they have not already established contact with the mentor or teacher through other means.
To prevent any further use of the affected messages, we have archived them. These messages can now be found at the bottom of the Messages page, under "Deleted".
